With vast experience in managing creative studios, Jeff is the go-to authority for numerous organisations who wish to build more engaging, enduring brands. A believer in hard work, empathetic listening, and constant learning, Jeff is a graduate of the School of Design at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where he was awarded a multidisciplinary BA in Design with focus on visual communication and industrial design. With extensive knowledge of technology integration for design, business analytics, and strategic planning, Jeff builds brands that are based on solid business decisions. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Jeff has overseen brand management projects for organisations such as Temasek Holdings, Swire Properties, TANGS, Standard Chartered Bank, AXA Singapore, National Healthcare Group, NTUC, SP Setia, and other brands across Singapore, Hong Kong, China, and Southeast Asia.
Bringing a track record in content creation and language consulting to the team, Deepa Vijayan is a content specialist with experience across industries including telco, automotive, retail, finance, e-commerce, hospitality, and public sector. Deepa brings 12 years of expertise in content strategy to the team, and has worked across digital and analog platforms for B2B and B2C communication. Deepa majored in Communications and Cultural Studies at the University of South Australia, and has advised and trained brands on digital culture, content infrastructure, branded storytelling, and language. She is multilingual in six languages, and brings a multidisciplinary communications perspective to every project. Deepa is Senior Partner and Course Convenor at Quantico Communications LLP.
Deepa has advised organisations including 3M, Audi, Deloitte, Google, Ministry of Education, Marina Bay Sands, OCBC, DBS, Zalora, and other brands across Singapore, Asia, and Europe.
With versatile design abilities and an innovative approach, Cheryl Hong is highly experienced in event branding, annual reports, menu design, and other creative projects such as commemorative books. Cheryl’s experience spans corporate brands, public sector, nonprofits, healthcare, F&B, retail, automotive, and telco. She brings a deep understanding of design best practices in numerous industries to every discussion. Cheryl majored in Visual Communications at Temasek Polytechnic, and infuses energy and aesthetics into every project.

With a passion for design, typography, and graphic communication, Raymond Tam leads the corporate branding projects at Lively Green. A solid 20 years of experience in the industry has made Raymond a veteran of design, and he has amassed a great deal of knowledge on the inner workings of brand design across markets. Raymond graduated from the Falmouth College of Arts with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Graphic Design, and is a U.K. member of the International Society of Typographic Designers. A painstaking attention to detail and a systematic approach sets Raymond apart, and he brings expertise in branding, corporate design, reports, and packaging design to the team.
